1. Key activities
Gathering and analysing client requirements with the project team
Designing a future proof solution based on the requirements
Responsible for implementation and configuration of the advised solution
Providing advise (on best practices) and support towards colleagues and clients
Able to work closely with other team members
Managing multiple projects and client engagements to ensure delivery quality and customer statisfaction.
Pro-actively identifying risks and opportunities
2. Required skills and experience
A bachelor’s degree or (preferably) a proven record in marketing automation or (business) consultancy.
Experience with design thinking, process building and/or implementations
Ability to work in a team-oriented and problem solving environment
Good communication and presentation skills
Likes to work in a dynamic environment and easily adapts to fast changing situations
The ability to swiftly change between multiple projects without compromising quality
Being able to think and contribute pro-actively in order to support the team or client directly
And most of all.... a passion for technology.
3. Not required, but nice to have
Prior experience with the SF Marketing Cloud or similar cloud based platform solutions
